Privacy Policy

The Bashayer app is provided by Tamreen Sports Consultancy Company, Kuwait. This page explains what data we collect, why, who sees it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email, name, and the Kuwaiti mobile number you enter.
• Sign in with Apple or Google: we receive your email and name only. We never receive your password.
• Your occasions: occasion name and date, what you need for it, and the people you invite.
• Orders and messages: your orders with vendors, their status, and your messages with the vendor.
• Vendor data: for companies registered as vendors, company details, commercial licence, payout account and product photos.
• Notifications: the device token needed to send notifications, if you allow them.

Why we use it

• To sign you in and email you your sign-in code.
• To pass your order to the vendor, track it, and connect you with the vendor.
• To notify you about your orders and occasions.
• To protect the app from misuse and answer support requests.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees your data

• The vendor: your name, the order details and the related messages. Your mobile number stays hidden from the vendor until payment is confirmed.
• People you invite to an occasion: the occasion and its needs.
• The Bashayer team: for support and vendor review only. Every reveal of a mobile number is logged against the staff member.
• Service providers: a hosting and database provider and an email delivery provider, processing data on our behalf only.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules enforced in the database itself let each user see only their own data. Commercial licence files are stored privately.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from the account page in the app, or by emailing bashayer@mytamreen.com. We delete or anonymise your personal data, except financial records we are required by law to keep.

Children

The app is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above, and we tell you in the app about any significant change.
